These Terms apply to your use of this website. Use of the BreathePilot™ mobile app is governed by the in-app Terms & Conditions and the Apple Standard EULA.

This Site provides information about the BreathePilot™ breathing and wellness app, including features, pricing, support information, and links to download the app from the Apple App Store.

The content on the Site is for general information and marketing purposes only and does not replace any legal terms that apply to the app itself or to purchases made via the App Store.

BreathePilot is a general wellness app.
Nothing on this Site should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Purchases, subscriptions, free trials, and refunds are handled by Apple, subject to their own terms, policies, and payment processes.

  • Your use of the BreathePilot app is governed by the in-app Terms & Conditions and the Apple Standard EULA, which apply in addition to these website Terms.
